Description::
This dataset contains the moments computed from the proton part of the ion distribution function measured by PAS.

swa-pas-mom => swa-pas-grnd-mom

* TxTyTz_RTN : Temperture components in RTN frame
* Info : Indicateur de mode (Normal, Burst, Snapshot, Calib, Engineering)
* Validity : 1,2,3 suivant V comprise entre  0 < 270 < 370
